Saguaro National Park | Couples Session
Sometimes there is little more rewarding than a simple wrong turn. I've taken the same drive from Tucson so many times but this one time, on my way to a session, I took a wrong turn and I couldn't have made a better mistake. I found the exact landscape I have been envisioning to combine with just the right couple. Spoiler alert, the couple was the one I was on my way to meet with. Still arriving to my intended destination early (I am a stickler for punctuality)we started our two part session at the stunning Sonoran Desert Museum. After that we headed to where I struck gold, a beautiful trail out in the middle of Saguaro National Park.
Jessica reached out to me after finding me via my Instagram:

She loved my style and was eager to update her portraits. Jessica and her husband were both enlisted members of the United States Army and recently retired. They wanted to capture this new chapter of their lives, the passage from enlisted to civilian and all of the changes it brings. They have grown so much as a couple and entrusted me to document their new selves.
